For a USA customer, specialist in underground connections high voltage; we produce porcelain hollows insulators which ensure termination function with internal gas insulation.

In this range, we have insulators for 69KV and 145KV grids, guarantee with intern pressure of 750 PSI (5.2MPa).

To follow the technical evolution of our client, we have done a termination cable for 230KV grid and guarantee 1000 PSI (7 MPa). The particularities of this insulator are the 2482 mm of height, the diameter on shed is 560 mm; the cementing flanges are in red brass. The flanges weigh is more than 70 kg each and the pressure strength of 7 MPa.

For this realization, CERALEP SN has shown her capacities in production of huge pieces with strong stress mechanical.
